Welcome to Marj Cook Yoga

I am a yoga teacher dedicated the study, practice and sharing of yoga.

After studying various forms of yoga over the past 20 years from Ashtanga to more restorative styles and traditions, I began teaching in 2007 and am qualified to teach adults, children and post-natal yoga. I specialise in teaching 1:1 and small group classes and am based in East London.

I see my yoga journey as a never-ending process of learning and self-enquiry. To support this I have a daily yoga and mindfulness practice, attend regular sessions with my teacher and frequently deepen my knowledge through professional development courses. More recently I trained as a mindfulness and compassion teacher with MindfulnessUK/Counseling and Psychotherapy Awarding body.
