1:1 Yoga and Mindfulness

I am available to teach private 1:1 classes tailormade to your individual requirements. The benefits of working in a 1:1 situation are myriad and relevant for complete beginners to more experienced practitioners. Sessions can take place in the convenience of your own home/office at a time to suit you. A private yoga session can help you to learn basic skills and knowledge to feel confident in a class situation and/or to develop short sequences, relaxation techniques and strength building postures to take into your own self-practice. They can also benefit students who would gain from a remedial focus as a result of injury or disability.

1:1 offers a way of working which takes into account your individual anatomy, posture, movement habit patterns and your current emotional/energetic needs. This is something that can often be difficult to achieve in a class setting and will help you to deepen your practice.
